The food was amazing! Was a bit of a wait but definitely recomend!

Great little place foe breakfast. Had 8 in our party. Prices were on point, you get a lot of food. All of us left full. Its all made to order. They made our kids mickey mouse pancakes! That made their whole day. We will be back!

We live in Rockaway Beach so we were pleased when the restaurant reopened after having been closed for quite a while. Our first try was today, New Years Day, and it’s not likely we’ll be back. Wife’s omelette was so so but my pancakes were greasy tasting and my biscuits and gravy was cold (room temp at best). I asked to have it heated and never got it back. The waitress was delightful and hustling but bad food is bad food.

My wife and I both got the two eggs 2 bacon two sausage and two pancakes for breakfast. We could have easily shared one of them and not finished. The portions were huge. The bacon was delicious. Neither of us liked the sausage. The pancakes were as big as the plate, but bland.

The food was fine, but not great. The service was fine, but not great. I had fries with my meal and they were overdone to the point of being very crispy. The prices were okay but I would have expected better quality for a $9 sandwich, the turkey in my sandwich was very thin sliced and not great quality. The omelette had ham deli meat in it instead of cut ham chunks, which was a little surprising for my friend. It is very likely they have some dishes that are their specialties or that with judicious ordering you can get a good meal for a decent price, we just weren't that lucky.

First time to Rockaway Beach. Called & placed our order, super friendly they even delivered to our hotel, no charge. The pizza & bacon cheese burger was very good as well as there prices!

Really warm and nice family restaurant. The Ruben is classically good, and the burgers are just what you'd expect. Friendly staff and quick service.

The biscuits and gravy were perfect. The country sausage gravy was so delicious. The bacon was cooked perfect. Prices and wonderful staff can't be beat. Definitely worth the stop in. I'll be back again and again.

The burgers are delicious! Grass get beef cooked to order and so juicy yummmm! The restaurant is clean and the staff work hard to make you feel like your home. Great place to eat!

One of the best burgers I have tasted in a while. Very filling, they serve real beef and bacon, definitely worth the wait. I also liked the crispy coating on the fries. The waitstaff was nice. I'm glad that I stopped here and would recommend it to a friend.

Huge portions very nice and polite workers

So amazing. Sweet staff. I asked for something not on the menu and they with hesitation not only made it but perfected it. Definitely worth the 5 stars. The cook has true talent and it shows. Picture perfect and not even a fake picture it's just that amazing

Service was. Eh. The only good thing we had was the roast and that was even iffy. My toast was burnt and my girlfriends toast wasn't even cooked at all, it was just bread. All of the ingredients were burnt but the egg of the omelette was undercooked and raw. The food was edible. Not good at. I really wouldn't recomend this place. The dishes were dirty and old. The floors in the dining area were disgusting. I could go on. It just felt like an old un-taken care of place.

Always love the cowbell! Tasty grilled cheese sandwiches! Price is great and everyone is super awesome! Feels totally safe and clean! Food is very comforting after a long day!

The waitress was fine and attentive. The omelette was a disappointment. Was called a "Western Omelette" but seemed more a ham and cheese Omelette--and thin on those ingredients too.Left feeling disappoint.

Smells musty inside, sausage was burnt, gravy was less than desirable. Friendly people good bacon and home fries.

I think the food was better before they closed and reopened. We stayed across the street and had Dinner and Breakfast from there. The burgers were cremated/charred to death and the Pizza was an afterthought. The 2 massive TV's playing Fox News was also a detractor since the channel is basically hate speech.

Breakfast, 2 each, huge pancakes, eggs, bacon and sausage delicious. We always share, bring leftovers home. Fish and chips a delicious, fries are one of a kind. Plus I was able to sign the Recall of our Governor!

Very tasty diner style breakfast. Excellent service and I appreciate how they have laid out their dining room to promote social distancing!

Came here for breakfast. Very nice staff & good, standard diner fare. No complaints.

Great family dining, wonderful service, too. Ordered the breakfast special, ham & cheese omlett with short stack pancakes & side of hash browns. Cooked just right, very generous portions & fast! They even have a great little corner for kid's fun. We will definitely be back.

There hamburgers are delicious, cant wait to get another one

Loved the food and the service. Only complaint was chairs aren't very comfortable. But i have arthritis and am sensitive to these things. We had the fish and fries on friday night and returned for breakfast on sunday. Both meals were extremely good. Fresh ingredients, homemade cooking. Definitely will return! Portions are large too. And wonderful prices on top of that!

Best fish and chips in town

Delicious food and reminds me of a medium sized ma and pa restaurant! The food was absolutely delightful!

Great place for breakfast. Strong and good coffee and the owners are happy to adapt the menu offering according to how you like it. Very friendly, somewhat quirky and a bit of a throwback to days gone by (as is most of this town). Loved our breakfast here and would definitely return!

This was absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been on the coast, how could anyone give them 4 stars? 3 waitresses and 2 cooks for them to not only forget half our meal but forget allergens (no cheese Or tomatoes) and it’s not like they were crazy busy and forgot. Thank god I didn’t get a sandwich because everyone I saw come out was burnt crusted. Loved that my table was wobbly and spilled my coffee luckily there was zero napkins in the dispenser. Can this place close and a good coffee shop open up??

Place to to go order and was told 15 to 20 minutes to make an omelet. They come back out after a 1/2 an hour and asked me what I had ordered again. Then had to wait even more time for them to actually make my food. No apology or anything to make it right

The place felt gross, tables were messy and the cups were dirty. My omelet was mostly burnt and my toast was just warmed bread. The breakfast was overall meh. The staff were kind though.

Suprised by the great service and quality of food. I asked for decaf coffee (usually it either has to be made or it has set too long and tastes burnt) but I was poured a generous mug of fresh great tasting stuff.We ordered a dinner salad....the next pleasant surprise. Not a bagged salad at all but a nice fresh chop salad topped with gorgeous thick sliced bacon. Our entree was the best freshest ling cod fish and chips. Lovely suprise meal!

We ate here once during our stay in Rockaway and then decided we liked it so much we came back 3 more times that week. The chicken strips are amazing. Huge pieces of chicken and perfectly breaded. Their fish is fresh and they dip and bread their own!

I hope this restaurant stays in business. Good food and good value.

Awesome food! Great service ! Small town feeling and good folks to share it with. Best to check out the FB page or call just to make sure they are open during the off season though. We love it !

Best fluffy pancakes, mine had blueberry baked inside this time. The staff is cheerful, and prices are great. I like to watch out for their special of the day, to see what savory dinner I can pick up on my way home after working all day. They deliver to the local area for free, if you are lucky enough to live between Twin Rocks and Nefonna Beach.

I don't recommend eating here. My boyfriend had eaten here, many times, coming to Rockaway Beach, under the previous ownership. We came again, and the food was cold, greasy and tasteless. We left at least 1/2 remaining on the plate. We came early morning for breakfast, when it wasn't very busy. We thought the food should've been hot, but it wasn't. The hashbrowns were rubbery and seemed like they had been cooked in a batch, and left in the warmer for an extended period, drying them out. Also, the food was very greasy, upsetting our stomachs, and the waitress forgot an extra order of toast. On a positive note, the water was ice cold and refreshing!

Every single time I have called for local delivery I was told no each time. I tried three times! The owner likes to argue on Facebook. But I'll post my own experiences here without any feedback or arguments. The it's never our fault attitude is not an attitude to have while conducting business. Shame

Absolutely floored by how great the food was! Very large portions, for a great price. You can tell all the food was made with care and quality. Also, the best bacon I ever had! Definitely coming back when we visit again.

We had a burger for dinner last night at the Cowbell Cafe. The meat was very good, a great burger. Staff was quick and courteous. Restaurant was clean.

Waited for 45minute for 2 burnt hamburger. while other people that ordered after us and got their food in about 10-15 minutes I would not recommend

Not cool service... Dirty floors... Horrible tasting water... Mediocre food. Find somewhere else...

I had the vanilla bean frappuccino it was very good. Cute workers too
